Founder & Head Baker Ashley Brentnall graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2013. After finishing her classes she then moved to Paris to embark on the biggest adventure and learning experience of her life.

Spending 3 months in Vaucresson, France working at Boulangerie Pattisseri Balzard Picquenard helped her hone her craft to be able to come back stateside to share her knowledge and delicious treats.
